Info Required
- Bank Statements – Generally the last 3 months personal bank statements for your main account are sufficient.
- Credit Problems – A letter outlining reasons behind any collections or defaults in the last 5 years.
- Deposit – Proof of any saved deposits such as bank statements, gift letter or declaration stating the deposit is not your savings. We can provide you with a standard form if required. If you are using Kiwisaver, ask your provider to confirm the amount you can with withdraw.
- Identification – Passport or NZ Firearms licence or Drivers licence and proof of address e.g. Power bill
- Pay-slips (last 3) with year-to-date data or IRD form 12D or last 2 years or financial accounts (if self-employed).
- Lawyer – The name of your Lawyer – we can recommend a lawyer if necessary.
- Loan Statements (if refinancing) – The last 12 months history of your mortgage payments.
- Sale and Purchase Agreement – Copy of this if purchasing a property.
- Registered Valuation – We will advise if this is necessary – we can recommend a Valuer if necessary.
